Returns & Withdrawal

Your right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in several parts, the period starts when you receive the last part.

How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by any unambiguous statement, for example:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period has expired. When you withdraw online or by email, we confirm receipt without delay.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal, to:

If you withdraw from the contract, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not the extra cost of express delivery if you chose it), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We use the same payment method as you used for the original payment, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them, whichever is earlier.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. If such an exception applies to a product, we state it on the product page before you order.

Complaints (reklamacja)

We are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within 2 years. If goods are faulty or not as described, you may request repair or replacement, and in cases provided by law a price reduction or termination of the contract.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem and what you would like us to do. We respond within 14 days. For faulty goods, we bear the cost of return; please contact us before sending them back.
