Terms of Service
1. Seller
These Terms apply to purchases in the online shop main-paper.com, run by Main Paper SL, Ctra de Humera 92 Bl.A 1, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Spain, registered in the Registro Mercantil under B86211745. Contact: [email protected], +34 912 17 04 53.
2. Products
Product pages describe the main characteristics of each product, including materials, dimensions and use. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
3. How the contract is concluded
Add products to your bag, enter your contact and delivery details, choose a delivery method and review the summary of your order. By selecting “Order with obligation to pay” you place a binding order. The contract of sale is concluded when we confirm your order on the confirmation page. No account is needed. You can correct your details at any point before placing the order.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are final consumer prices in EUR including VAT. Delivery costs are shown before you order. EUR is the only currency of the contract; amounts in USD, GBP and PLN are approximate and for information only. Where we show a price reduction, we also show the lowest price from the 30 days before the reduction.
Payment is by bank transfer in EUR. After ordering you receive our bank details; please use your order number as the transfer reference. We dispatch your order once the payment has been credited.
5. Delivery
We deliver to all 27 EU countries; for islands, remote areas and overseas territories please contact us before ordering. Standard delivery costs €4.90 and is free for orders strictly over €75; express delivery costs €9.90. Delivery times by country are listed on Shipping & Delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Details, the model withdrawal form and the return address are on Returns & Withdrawal; you can also use Withdraw from contract here. If you withdraw, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
7. Complaints
We are liable for lack of conformity of the goods with the contract for 2 years from delivery. Complaints can be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to Main Paper SL, Ctra de Humera 92 Bl.A 1, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Spain. We respond within 14 days.
8. Out-of-court dispute resolution
If we cannot resolve a matter together, you may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. Consumers in Poland can seek free help from their local district or municipal consumer ombudsman (Miejski lub Powiatowy Rzecznik Konsumentów), consult the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK, uokik.gov.pl) and apply to the Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej w Bydgoszczy for mediation or permanent consumer arbitration. Consumers in other EU countries can contact the European Consumer Centre in their country. Using these procedures is voluntary and does not affect your right to go to court.

10. Use of the website
Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or attempt to access other customers’ orders. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
11. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside. Changes to these Terms apply only to orders placed after the change.
